Does SMB best work at that temperature setting?

This is what is recommended on the site, but I ain't trying to burn my hair or buy a flat iron that gets that hot.

I wanted to know if there were ladies who used SMB on lower temperature settings and what were their results. Was your hair still protected, sleek, and shiny?

Yes I do... no higher than 360 and it works great... don't even try the 450
