S-curl no drip activator

is this product safe to use on relaxed hair? I have always heard that it would damage relaxed hair. I have read that some ladies use it, but as to why has me confused. Any responses are greatly appreciated.

I use s-curl every day on my ends. It has helped my ends overcome from being dry and brittle. It is also excellent when you want to wear your hair in a bun and or a phony tail. This is one of my staples. I love it. BTW, I'm relaxed with 3a and 3b hair.
