Hello, has anyone successfully used rosemary oil while dealing with high blood pressure? Throughout the years, I've heard you're not supposed to use rosemary if you have high blood pressure. I want to help a friend of mine with her hair and she has an oil that contains rosemary oil. Will the rosemary affect her blood pressure or is the caution more for ingesting rosemary? Has anyone with high blood pressure noticed any adverse effects with using rosemary oil topically?
