Has anyone ever ordered hair care products from this company before? I placed an order on July 10th, and I still haven't received my package yet

. Everytime I try to call ... no matter what time of the day it is, I get an answering machine. No one has returned my call

or sent an e-mail

. Or ... should I be a little more patient

, hmmmm

If someone else here has had a similar experience with this company, could you please let me know how you were able to resolve the matter. I would really appreciate it!

Nevermind ... it's not their fault. I think it's a problem with customs here in NOrway. They hang onto packages forever...
