Ok, I've seena lot of roller settig threads and have a million and one questions but will start with just a couple:lol: .

First question: How does it msake your hair grow?

Second question: How does it make your hair healthy?

Third question: How is it a protective style?

Ok, that's enough to start:grin:

Well speaking from past experience my hair grew b/c you really don't do much to it after it was set. So I guess the answer to the question is low manipulation.

Okay, first thing is first. I dont really think it makes your hair "grow", but since direct heat is not involved, that may be a contributing factor in retaining length since we all know that a blowdryer can fry your ends.

I think it makes the hair healthy because once again, no direct heat, and you can pretty much leave the hair alone.

I only consider mine a protective style if I pin my hair up after Ive set the hair, because if its still out with my ends exposed, I really dont consider it a protective style.:)
