Ok so I know earlier there were discussions about headwraps and scarves at work. But what about rollers at wok ladies?? I am not joking either; I wish I could've taken pictures. Now I am soooo not the type to pull the race card but I've seen this twicw in the past week (on an Asian lady and just now a Hispanic) but I am willing to bet money that it were ME someone would be "offended". Lol we deal with the public quite a bit in our job so I find it quite...odd to say the least.

Why can't folks get up earlier and do their hair, why wear rollers to work? I'm surprised management didn't say something!

That's just too damn lazy and tacky. I can't imagine that wearing rollers to work is acceptable unless you work from home.

Okay, I take that back. I've seen stylists wearing rollers at the Dominican salon and I didn't think it was strange, but anywhere else... :nono:

:duck: SOOOooooooo glad they weren't black! Whew! People act like we aren't in a recession! You have to step your game up when there are hordes of people who would be thrilled to have your job.

At one office I worked in there was a particular young lady who often wore rollers and/or bonnets. And walked around in socks. I was embarrassed every time. (Yes, she was one of "us." :nono:)
