Can you please list the type of hair you have and what relaxer you are comfortably using please...Gracias.

4a/b- Phyto Index 2

You may also want to do a search on 4a or 4b and relaxers because I've seen some posts with mention of what relaxers people are using that might be helpful to you as well.

4a/b using Creme of Nature - regular (with lye).

4b - Mizani Super... and STILL underprocessed... I like it though :)

4a/4b usually use Dudleys last relaxer used Optimum. Basically any relaxer works for me as long as it is lye.

Hair type 4a. My stylist uses Design Essentials lye. I love this relaxer!

I'm mostly 4a, with a little 3c up in there...I use Dudley's Mild Relaxer (everytime I strayed from this I had a problem). They have a new Dudley's Mild moisturizing relaxer that my hairdresser picked up for me, and it's supposed to be a more mild version with conditioner already added. I'm never bone straight, my fine strands can't withstand being really straight.

4 a/b checking in! Motions Herbal Regular Silkener (lye). Very pleased with the results (I use this as a texturizer).

4a/b - (but on the days I don't want to acknowledge my true hair type...I'm a 1 g/f)

I am a Proud Problem-free PhytoRelaxer Index 2 user...;)

I normally use Bantu regular. But this last time I used Motions regular.

I'm a 4a/b and it's always Mizani for the Mrs.... :)

(I like phyto also but i'm too cheap to stick with it unless it's PROVEN to be less harsh and significantly cause less breakage)

4a
I use Optimum no Lye
and Creme of Nature no lye

I used Phyto, index 2 for my last relaxer. I'm going to switch to index 1.
