Are there any special steps I should follow when using this relaxer? Or is it the norm: relax, neutralize, condition? I know with some relaxers they say to apply a conditioner before neutralizing. Could someone post the directions for this relaxer Please.....? :D

2. rinse
3. neutralizer shampoo
4. rinse ( I'm sure you know this. :) )
