Tried it today and had alot of great slip. I was reading the ingredients and it has alot of good things in it including biotin. See below:

Water,cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, stearalkonium chloride, hydrolyzed keratin, dimenthicone PEG8 meadowfoamate, tocopheryl acetate, biotin, thiamine HCL, ascorbic acid, panthenol, polysorbate 20, steareth-21, glyceryl stearate, sambucus nigra flower extract, helianthus annuus (sunflower) extract chamomilla recutita (matricaria) extract, Propylene glycol, disodium EDTA, DMDM Hydantoin, Fragrance (parfum), green 3 (CI42053)

Not bad for .75 cents. I will add this to my daily co-wash.
