They say you can return them, but so far I've liked most of the stuff so I haven't returned anything. But I probably wouldn't because one of the ldies doesn't like me so she probably wouldn't let me give it back anyway.

Yes you can return opened and used items too with or without a receipt. If you don't have a receipt, then can only refund you up to $1 in cash, otherwise anything that's over $1 you can exchange for something else.
