I searched for a thread on this product, but I couldn't find one. I apologize in advance for any duplication, but I must share!

So, I have been in search for sunflower and/or safflower oil, but my local vitamin and health food stores are all out (I'm sure yall are the culprits! :lachen:) Anyway... I ran across Renascent Shea Sunflower Oil at my local natural hair boutique and WOW! Not only does this stuff smell delicious, but it is so light that I can even use it on straight styles!

Here are the ingredients: Shea Oil, Sunflower Oil, Caprylic/capric Triglyceride, Sesame Seed Oil, Safflower Oil, Aloe Vera, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Essential Fragrance Oil

I didn't know what caprylic/capric Triglyceride was, so I looked it up. It is apparently an "oily liquid made from coconut oil." You can find more on that ingredient here: http://www.cosmeticsinfo.org/ingredient_details.php?ingredient_id=429

Last thing... I fell asleep before my S/O got home last night, and he WOKE ME UP to tell me how great my hair smelled. That was a first, yall!

Many thanks for sharing OP! I will check my local Whole Foods for this line/product.

I ordered it from Jinsa Fragrances a while ago. I love that it's so light, but I'm not fond of the smell.
