They didnt burn or anything. I just made sure I rinsed right after but i was able to see what I was doing. Has anyone done this and gotten burned badly? Am I doing something I shouldnt be doing?

shiningstar84 said:interesting. i used gloves only 2-3 times when i relaxed. i could never understand how self-relaxers could wear gloves and get the back of the hair straight. My nails didnt turn yellow or get soft. I stopped relaxing a year ago and my nails haven't gotten harder or clearer. I guess it just depends on the person.
