My last 3 relaxers have been with three different brands: had to have a license for one, and I didn't like the results of the other anymore.
I haven't had any ill affects but I think it's best to find one brand that you like and stick with it - just for the sake of consistency. The more often you use the same relaxer the better you can gauge the results and any changes in your hair.
Since you're waiting 3 months, you should be fine to switch to a different brand. That's how long I waited also. Be extra careful if you're going between lye and no-lye.

Yes you can, just be careful to minimize the overlapping.

Ditto... I switch often but I think I found the one for me, Mizani. Like myco said, stick with either lye or no-lye, don't switch back and forth.
