I am trying to stretch my relaxer...I am currently 8 weeks post and it's killing me...I went Sallys over the weekend and found a product called Soft and Beautiful Extend-A-Perm Thermal Straightening Kit and on the box it says it doesn't have any chemicals in it. I was so excited to find it because I figured I could continue to stretch without the pain of doing it but then I gave it a second thought and figured well you never gain anything when u cheat. So i was wondering if I do use this product would I get the same end results as if I honestly did my stretch without it or should I just tough it because I certainly don't want to make matters worse with my hair...Please help me :perplexed

Here's a link to the website http://www.sallybeauty.com/shop/1530/110388

I have a box but havent used it yet. Ive used other brands (So smooth & John Frieda) and they made my hair feel stiff so I'm skepital about using the soft & beatuiful myself

I think someone did a review of one of these products a while back. She said that it wasn't anything special. I think it was just a silicone based shampoo and conditioner for smoothing and a heat protectant type of spray for flat-ironing/blowdrying. You probably already have all the products that you need to replicate what they are selling.
