relaxed/texlaxed ladies! how often do you henna?

I'm thinking about doing one every two months with indigo and then alternating between amla treatments so henna one month amla the next. But I notice a lot of ladies do it once a month. Most are natural though. So how often do you ladies henna?

I used to henna every two weeks and my hair was the healthiest it had EVER been.

Then I got lazy ...

I can not remember the last time I use henna ... maybe a year ago and I can see a difference in my hair.

So now, I plan to go back to henna/indigo every two weeks.

I do it at least once a month. I would probably do it more it the wash out process wasn't such a pain

I'm thinkin I should once a month it. NF do yhe amla treatments in between...looks like I'm going to buy some more indigo

Probably every 6-10 weeks. Depending on how fast my Grey's pop out.

But since I am under a Wig M-F from 9-5 I tend to stretch it out.
