-CO wash once a week and deep condition with kenra IET or biolage ultra hydrating balm(need to stock up)
-wash with shampoo once a month
-clarify every month
-moisturise daily
-always wear hair up
-after clarifying, always do a protein/moisture treatment

sounds good but you forgot to add deep conditioning.

I second this. Also what about moisturizing everyday? What will you do with your hair at night? have you thought about the baggie method for your ends?

OT: How did you relaxer come out? what did you end up using?

i used ORS relaxer. application and smoothing took 8 minutes total and my hair came out straight. i tell ya, my freaking hair soaked the relaxer. lol.

oh, yes, ill add deep conditioning after every wash (once a week). is that too much. i will wear my satin bonnet and sleep on my satin pillowcase at night like i do normally. and yes, ill be moisturising every day with keracare oil moisturiser or elasta qp recovery.

i tried the baggie method when i was relaxing. but i got upset when i used olive oil on my ends and it made it brittle. so im scared of adding anything to my ends. can i please get suggestions on what to use on my ends while its in a baggie?

Your hair will thank you for the weekly deep conditioning! I like to use coconut oil or elasta qp mango butter on my ends. ORS is some good stuff, I didn't really think about using it until I joined to board - now I have about 10 packs in my closet!!!

Do you use silicone products on your hair? Because I personally use a lot of 'cones so I shampoo once a week. Just a thought. Also my relaxed head thanks me for never combing it when dry. That's how I retain my ends. I only comb when it's wet and full of conditioner and once more after towel drying and applying my leave-ins. HTH :)

i dont use cones. this is basically the same regimen i did when i was relaxed. i had to get rid of my damaged ends so i cut it all off
