Regular conditioner as daily moisturizer...

I use regular conditioner, mixed with some butters, as my 'normal' leave-in, and I love it. I'm sure there are others using conditioners as leave-ins - it's a good thing, once you find the conditioner & amount that your hair really likes. :yep:

It works good on dry hair. I did it for the longest time :yep:

I do it on wet hair now because it helps me get it into braids and I think I use a little less product as well.

For relaxed hair be careful with residue and build-up if you decide to use it frequently.

Yeah. For naturals too. You don't want to use a really heavy conditioner as a leave in most of the time. I use nature's gate conditioners.

Used to do it all the time as a natural and it kept my hair nice & soft & moisturized. I use shampoo though so buildup was not a problem for me. Now that I'm relaxed, I think it would be too heavy for my hair (fine hair)....

Elucence Moisture Balance conditioner is the only product i've used as daily moisturizer for the past 6 months and my hair is doing great
It keeps my hair moisturized and doesn't weigh my hair down. I clarify/chelate once a month so I have no issues with build up.

I like to use nexxus humectruss as a moisturizer. It works great I like it better as a moisturizer than as a dc actually.. I mix a little with water and it does wonders.

I use lekair mixed with aphogee protein leave in and it works very nicely. I use it to smooth down edges on dry hair and always run some through my hair after CW.

I keep full-strength and leave-in conditioners, combined, in my hair at all times. Especially when wet-bunning. My hair and scalp love it. I poo once weekly and don't have build-up issues. I have to say that since I've stopped relaxing and started leaving conditioner in at all times, I've yet to see a flake on my scalp. When I was relaxed and didn't leave conditioner in, FLAKE CITY! YUCK!

I use conditioner diluted with water and mixed with some of my cream and it works great for me. My hair is soft all day. I do clarify once a month and shampoo bi-weekly so I have no problems with buildup.
