I used this conditioner last night for the first time. I liked it MUCH better than Nexxus Humectress, but . . . not as much as I like Motions Moisture Plus. I should mention that I used this as a second conditioner after putting a semi-permanent rinse in my hair, so I'll have to wait till Thursday evening when I'll use the Heavy Cream as my only conditioner. And I didn't go under the dryer b/c it was late and I was getting tired.
My hair didn't feel hard while I was rinsing, but I lost more hair during the comb out than I do with Motions. Maybe Motions packs more silicones into its conditioner than Redken. Overall, my hair did feel soft and I didn't have to fight with it. This is definitely a keeper.
