Have any of you ladies heard of the Red by Kiss Ceramic root straightener? I'm curious about this product http://www.redbykiss.com/sco050.html. Does it work? Did it damage your hair?

I had something similar to this and it didn't work well for me. My hair would snag in the lil comb thing and using my flat iron did a better job imo.

I was looking for information on this product since I just ordered it. Hopefully it will help out my edges during this transition. I am not too happy with them since my goal is straight natural hair. I would have liked to keep a relaxer but it took its toll with breakage and texlaxing proved to be unsuccessful with me trying to do it on my own. My natural hair is much better however I am use to the relaxed edges and trying any and everything. Hope this product helps!
