Tastes good....'taste' is relative to the person. I know that my 'tastes' differ from my family and FH family so I wont waste my money on salmon or beef...lol...they want to come and celebrate with us, drink and eat well....we are having soul food....tacky..maybe...but again...'taste' is relative to the person....

Sorry, 2nd part of the post....salmon can be hit or miss. One minute to long on the grill and its dry. Depending on who is preparing you might be able to make it work.
