Real CHI flat iron

Hey I just won a bid for a CHI flat iron on ebay, but I got so caught up in buying it,that I didn't research to see if this was the real thing.

Does this look real to you ladies? I just want to know if I should go forward and pay for it.erplexed

I just brought the orginial 2 days ago for $129 and it reminds me of an iron i brought at walmrt for about $30 that is also ceramic. Wish i wouldnt have.

Wow..OMG! thx ladies for letting me know. I almost made a big mistake and would've paid $55. I just sent an email to the seller and told them that I'm not going to purchase it anymore. I actually just read their feedback and the negative comments say "don't buy, it's not real" -- Next time I'll read the feedback first.

There are several styles/colors and even some limited edition versions but I haven't seen any like those you pictured. They usually at least say CHI in the circle.

I think that was the generic version of Chi from Sally's called GVP i think that is $60

hi ladies i'm a newbie and this is my first post.Just a little heads up about ebay and CHI's, sometimes the sellers call them CHI's but really all they mean is that its a Ceramic Hot Iron. Like someone else said, it should have chi in the circle hinge part, if its authentic
