Raw Honey vs. regular honey

Hey y'all,

Anyone know if raw honey is better for the hair than the regular old teddy bear jar of honey? I recently found a jar of Really Raw Honey that I'd purchased at the health food store a few years ago for soapmaking (never opened it!). Is it even still good?

im not sure but after a year i would toss it...i have had raw honey before and the only difference i knew of was the smell..foul..tasted a lil different too
