Does the sulfer build up on your scalp? If so how do you eliviate this problem? I ask becaus I just got braids and I can't use my sulfer mix on my sclap because it gives me this ugly yellow build up. The only way i can get rid of it is by using another oil afterward. Which is just way to much product. TIA

I wear braids all of the time. I have found a few things that help with this problem. The first is to cut down on the use of the product. Use it maybe every other day or every two days. The second is too rinse your braids maybe two to three times a week. I found both ways to be very helpful. BTW, my hair is still growing like weeds.:yep:

Is there anyone of the UK using this? If so, where did you buy it from - As I can only see america sites that sell it. I have been considering trying it for a while now...any ideas of where to get? (I dont have any farms near me to ask so that option is out :spinning:)

Yeah like LOVEDALOT stated cut down on the use of it. I use it alot but I don't use alot and I really rub it in. Also I wash my braids once and week. I have pics in my fotki and you can see that I don't have any build up.

I've been using BT while in braids and haven't noticed any sulphur buildup. I usually wash once a week. The shampoo I use is a diluted clarifying shampoo every other week and a diluted regular shampoo on the alternating week.

ETA: I use BT at least 6 days a week and I only apply it to my crown, sides and edges and then rub it in. I don't apply it to my entire scalp; just my slower growing/problem areas.
