Well, Silicone Quaternium-8 is 30-60% water soluble.

westNDNbeauty great! You don't know how long I searched today for info about it. I was wanting to give the shampoo a try, but was curious about that ingredient. Went ahead and used it anyway before knowing my answer lol (liked it a lot!). Thank you for taking the time to help me!!
