Just want to see if my sig is too big.

And I was wondering... I just looked at one of my hair strands and laid it against a strand from this lace front wig I bought (fail!) My hair is the same size.

If my hair is the same width and texture when I roll it on my fingers, does that mean I have fine hair? Or medium? I'm trying to pinpoint which one it is. My hair is just like the wigs.

Thanks for any info.

No one has a guess? Would wig hair be fine or medium? Straight...typical lacefront. I have given up on the curl typing, but this I'd like to know. :)

I think the test that you can do to see if your hair is fine or thick is to take a piece of regular sewing thread, unravel it so that it is in two halves, and then check you hair against it. If it's thinner than the thread, then it's fine. If not, then it's thick.

I don't wear wigs, but I think that the diameter of the hairs probably would differ, depending on the style and company that makes it. I know that I've seen some wigs with thick thick strands. And some with strands that look like mine (fine). So judging your hair based on the wig is probably not going to be very helpful.
