Quick Question on Steam Rollers.

What ARE they? I got some cheapos from Walgreens...but I don't know if they are steam rollers or just ceramic electric rollers. I plug them in and they get hot. No water, steam anything. Are they the same thing or do I need to return these? Also, if there is a difference are these damaging?

If you don't have to add water, then I don't think you have steam rollers.

Caruso rollers are steam rollers. You add water to a container and put the roller on a spindle that distributes the steam to the roller. You can get them at Sallys.
