So urgent question....

I'm at tj maxx and came across a CHI flat iron for $20. Its the Velocity by Chi iron.

$20 seems a little on the low side (its on sale down from $35). Has any one had experience with the velocity by chi?
Are chi irons good quality in general?

would love to hear before I purchase so I don't waste my cash. Thanks!
