yes. this works very well. just make sure to use a lot more water than glycerin. You may wanna start with a 4:1 ratio or 3:1 ratio. Some even use a 2:1 ratio and others find that it works by just putting a few tablespoons of glycerin in the mix. so experiment to see what works for you. hth!
 
I don't know....
I haven't brought it yet, I went to the health store and looked at it.
I didn't buy cuz I wasn't sure.....

Yes, vegetable glycerin is what you want. It can be found at most health stores. Mix it with distilled water (very cheap at any regular grocery store) in one of the ratios Soslychic stated.
 
thanks isis..I saw some at the health food store today and was tempted to pick it up....have any of you ladies who use it benefited much from it enough to recommend it to others?
 
You can also buy pure glycerin at rite-aid or Duane Reade/..it is in the lotion/hair aisle
