I found a bottle at Walgreens in the lotion section. I've also found larger bottles at craft stores like Michael's or Joann Fabrics where they sell the soap making products. Its all safe for hair or skin.

Most drug stores have it. If it's not with the lotion, try the first aid section with the bug-bite creams and such.
