Hi Guys,

I'm going to a new stylist tomorrow and when i told her i have a sensitive scalp, she said then i would have to use eluscense (or something like that). Thing is, my previous stylist(s) did not use eluscense so now i'm not sure whether its safe / advisable to switch relaxers just like that. Cant it harm the hair?

Cos my previous stylist used motions & arosci i believe and the one before that used salon finish and this one is saying she's gonna use this eluscense one when i tell them i have a sensitive scalp.

I dont know if the specific relaxers are the issue but it seems like by switching relaxers, there is quite a bit of hair loss. I was told a while back that, especially with a sensitive scalp, changing relaxers can cause some hair loss and i wanted to know if anyone had some insight on this issue. Cos i'm a bit worried and not sure what to do.

Thanks.
