quick colour rinse question

Hey ladies i was just wondering what a rinse actually is. Is it any hair colour that is semi-permanent? TIA

It is temporary hair color thats suppose to last about 4-6 washes and is semi or demi permanent.A rinse will say that it is a rinse on the bottle and if it is a semi permanent or demi permanent I have only used semi permanent but I think demi permanent is suppose to last a little longer. maybe someone with more experience will come in to help

ITA with caramelma. Also, rinse cannot lighten your hair because there is no peroxide. It just deposits color. I use Sebastian and John Freida color rinses. If you use a shade that's lighter than your hair the effects mostly show up when the sun hits your hair.
