What is a no base relaxer? I didnt see the lady put any activator into that big jar.

When I used to get no-lye relaxers, my stylist had to mix the relaxer with the activator that came with it. Now I only get lye relaxers (which is not mixed with activator). Sounds like your stylist is using lye relaxers.
