I looked up Surge on the internet..there wasn't much info. about the product; it only showed a picture and an order form. The Question: Is Surge a moisturizer for the hair, conditioner, oil, etc.? What exactly is it?

I believe you apply on the scalp after you have washed, conditioned, and moisturized your hair. Then you just use whatever leave-in cond. that you would use. Hope this helps.

I use surge and I use it after I have washed and conditioned my hair. After applying the surge to my scalp I apply my other products to seal it in. Surge can be drying to the hair so you need that extra moisture. In the morning when I apply it I apply it to dry hair and seal in with a little s-curl.
