How does one post a picture and cover up the face?

You'd have to change the pic using whatever photo software you have on your computer. Then once you save the changes, upload it as you'd normally do.

your computer might have a paint program. if you're using a windows based system you click on the 'start' or 'windows' icon in the bottom left corner, scroll to programs, then accessories, then 'Paint' then you can bring up the pic you'd like to alter and remove your face and save, maybe consider renamining the file.

After that you go to tinypic.com and upload or photobucket or fotki or whatever other service you'd like to use to host your pix.
