A "cone" is short for silicone. A silicone prodict is usually a serum that gives shine and smoothness to the hair. Ex. Chi silk infusion; Keracare silken seal; IC fantasia hair polisher. A "cone" can also be found in products like shampoos, conditioners, etc. They give slip to the hair and give it a silky feel. Look for "dimethicone" or "cyclomethicone" or any word ending in "cone."
