Question for OCT users while in braid/cornrows

Is anyone using the OCT who uses it while their hair is in individuals or cornrows? And if so, do you ever experience product buildup. Anyone use it in braids or cornrows without product buildup? I know it needs to be rinsed out, just curious about the ones using it while specifically in braids or cornrows. How are you applying it and what are your results? Thanks ladies!
