Question about the famous dominican blowout

Hi Everyone,
I've been lurking on this board for a long time and I just had a question about blowouts. I hear about ladies with 4a/b new growth getting them to stretch out relaxers and natural 3s getting their full head but is it possible for a natural 4 to get a full head blowout? I mean if they can get 4a/b newgrowth straight why not a whole head of 4a/b?

Check out blkbuttahfly's album she is all natural and has had one.(I know I jacked up the spelling of her name) I fix it once I find the correct spelling.
