This may sound stupid... but how do you use it, do you use it daily, and is it just the regular EVOO brought in the food store?

I'm lookin for a new oil and this just might be it.

definitely a good oil in the cold winter months. I use it to seal my ends after moisturizing. I haved replaced my hair serum with olive oil because it doesn't just lay on the shaft like my serum did. I also use it on dry skin after coming out of the shower. The key is not overdoing it.. a little oil goes a long way. I frequently switch up my oils.. not only is olive oil great.. I also use coconut oil and sweet almond oil.:)

When I used EVOO i used it as a prepoo mixed with castor oil and some other oils. I also used it daily on my ends to seal in the moisture my hair already had. Some ppl also use it in their baggie to seal in the moisture but I don't use the baggie method. I purchased regular EVOO from the supermarket.

thanks ladies...

just a few drops in palms of my hands... and rub on ends, huh?

I noticed dry ends... usually when that happends.. I just trim... this time I wanna try something different. I don't do the baggie method... on don't really do protective styles. Anything else I can try?

I use it as a prepoo mixed with jojoba oil and coconut oil on my hair. I use it on dry hair to seal when wearing a bun and around my edges. I put it in my bath water and I use it as a massage oil by adding peppermint oil. Regular EVOO found in grocery store.
