Question About Bigen

I've read quite a few posts, and a lot of ladies on here seem to use the Bigen brand hair color..I was thinking of buying the oriental black..I just wanted to know if it's a permanent hair color..and if it is as safe to use as a rinse??

Yes, it is a permanent color. I just used it over a rinse with no adverse reaction (as of yet ). Hope this helps.
