I don't know if you can use both at one time, but I have had experience with those two and Surge. Right now, I would sayI like surge the best. The Biotin cream is kind of thick and the profective cream has "grit" in it that I personally don't like. I would say though that usually its better to use just one thing at a time. Otherwise how will you know what's working for you?
