Question abou co-washing ..

Hi ladies ,

I'm new on here and absolutely love the hair pics i've seen! I'm just past shoulder length, below is a picture of my hair just after a trim about a month ago.



OK, so the question. Can I use a leave in conditioner after my daily co-wash? Or would that be too much conditioner?

to me the hair needs all the conditioner it can get!!!!!!in my openion,thats the key to maintaining healthy hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah sometimes i use a leave-in afterwards for styling purposes. depends on how often you're co-washing and if the stuff in the leave-in is going to wash out when you co-wash again or just coat your hair and pile up with each application.

see how your hair likes it and go from there.

Well--I use a leave-in because my hair needs as much conditioning as it can get.

Thanks lots. I'll definitely try it. Just really scared of extreme breakage, just gotten over one caused by permanent hair dye
