Queen Helene in the jar or with the pump?

Ladies which cholesterol do you use? I bought the one in the small jar because I just started seeing the one with the pump and that one is for severely damaged hair.

I use the one in the small bottle for that very reason...

Yea, the one w/the pump is the Super Cholesterol and contains and good dose of protein. The smaller jar doesn't.
