I orderd from there on june 27th, but haven't received it yet. Do they normally take so long to ship thanks.

I placed an order about 2 wks. ago and I emailed her the following day to let me know when the order will be shipped. From several of the posts that i have read about this site, it seems that they take a while to ship thier items so I figured i'd email them. Anyway, it took about a 1 week for them to ship and I should be receiving my order hopefully by tomorrow.

I had the same issue. I ordered June 17th and didn't get my order until last Friday! Her shipping policy states to give 7-10 business days for processing, but I found this out after I emailed her about my samples.

Mine didn't take long. I ordered on a Sunday and received my products that Friday.

i emailed her about it and she said it'd be delivered by friday. well, i didn't get it so i asked for tracking. when i checked the tracking number on usps, this is what it said: Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on July 03, 2006 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.


what does this even mean? does it mean she hasn't even given it to the PO yet?

This means that she printed the shipping label. She is probably waiting for it to be picked up by USPS or is in the process of sending it now. When they pick it up/get it at the post office it should say that it is in route. It usually takes about a day or two for it to be sent out after getting this notice.

Yes it does take awhile to get your products when you order from her site because they are made when you order, if thattakes too long you can also order from curlmart.com and get your products within 3-5 days. I have been ordering from Qhemet for 2 years and I know it does take awhile, because she doesn't have a factory or Employees. she makes these products by herself. I am sure you willo get them soon!

If she said you would get it on Friday then I'm sure she mailed it. What did her e-mail say? When I first started ordering from her I asked her about tracking and she said the number is a delivery confirmation number, not a tracking number. You should e-mail her again. She usually responds quickly or ask her on Nappturality where she posts.

same here. ive been ordering for over a year too and its never taken more than 2 weeks for me to get my products as they are handmade, not factory made but i don't mind waiting. i'm sure you'll get them soon.

ditto on the shipping policy. i knew before placing my order that it would take awhile as its stated on her site.

I'm thinking the samething.. I placed my order on june. 27th also for my heavy cream. I had no idea that she made it herself.
