Qatar and Psoriasis and Breakage. Oh my...

Hello Ladies,

My mom is moving to Qatar and she has no clue what to do with her hair. She is relaxed and lately she has been experiencing breakage and abnormal growth due to Psoriasis. If anyone has lived in the middle east and/or has psoriasis please provide any assistance you can.

Did you continue to relax?
What products would you recommend?
Were there any places to get your hair professionally done? If so how did you go about finding these places?

I suffered with Psoriasis on my scalp in the nape area. My Derm gave me Clobetasol for my scalp and it never returned. The hair in my nape is crazy hard, but I also had imflammed follicles from it so I think that is what changed the hair texture. I had to stretch my relaxers to let it heal but I still relaxed. After the scalp healed, the nape are would break off, so I had to stop stretching and moisturize with a mix of Giovanni's and vitamin E oil. Now my nape is approaching APL like the rest of my hair. I can't offer any info on where to relax.
