Does anyone else find this product to be thick and drying.? I have used it on my hair a few times after prepooing and DCing, my hair always feels dry with this product on. Is there a special way to use this product.

How are you using it? I find it to be one of the most moisturizing leave-ins that I've tried.

I always use it on wet hair with a good oil or thick butter. Makes my hair nice and soft every time.

thanks you for responding!!!!!

I used it on wet hair after DCing alone. I noticed that my hair dried fast then normal, and then it was just dry. Soft but dry. Is there a certain amount that you use or a way that you would recommend that I use it?

No problem. :) I forgot to ask how much you use? With a lot of creamy leave-ins, if you use too much, they'll turn your hair into crunch city. Are you heavy handed when applying products?

ETA: TrueSugar You say your hair was soft but dry. What do you mean by dry? I'm just trying to get what you mean because your hair was soft, so I would think that it wouldn't be dry. Does that make sense?

Are you relaxed or natchal?

I am natural. when I say dry, I mean drier then my normal. I am DCing more to increase moisture level, but I noticed that this seemed to take that moisture out.I used about 8 cap size amounts of this product throughout my hair

I love that leave in!!!!

I use it straight after DCing on wet hair.... Im not heavy handed so using too much isnt an issue for me

also use it to moisturize hair mid week

I dont need to seal this product but if I do I use sweet almond oil or another light oil
