Since u moisturize ur hair daily or everyother day how often do you do a heavey protien treatment and the light protien treatment?

i think that is something that depends on your hair. i know i need a protein treatment if my hair begins to break during detangling or when i feel it becoming weak. i do protein treatments about every 2 weeks but i use lighter protein.

I protein treat with an ao conditioner j&a or bga and I love their gpb I don't moisturize too often but when I do I use greg juice. I'm about to start with ors conditioner for moisture weekly and aphogee 2 step every 6 weeks for my hard treatments

i don't moisturize daily, only on wash or CO-wash days which is also when i do protein treatments. i will do one of two things: a medium treatment and skip the infusium or no treatment and spray with infusium before the leave in con

I moisturize everyother day with NTM n MTG. I use aphogee hard protien and notice that my hair does really well. I don't want to over load my hair so I was trying to c should I just do the protien treatment 1x per month or 2x. I don't like the 2 min.

I moisturize cause it is cold and I baby my ends.

To get my hair on track when first coming to LHCF I did a light protein treatment once a week with organix coconut milk and While bunning I moisturize twice a day with 14-1. currently I still use the coconut milk, but I alternate between a light protein treatment and deep conditioner . My hair seems to love this combination.

I wash and DC 2x's per week. One of those is a mild protein. I give my hair mild protein every week. It keeps my relaxed hair strong, and keeps any breakage to the bare minimums. Works for me!

I always use protein for my co-conditioner, and moisturize after my co-conditions or any time my hair feels dry:grin::grin::grin::grin:

IMO: First you have to determine if the Products you are using as a Daily Moisturizing/Maintenance Contain 'protein'. Oftentimes, daily wearable treatments, contain 'some' protein:ohwell:.

However, I use a Lightweight/Medium Reconstructor every week to keep my Relaxed Hair Strong during both Stretching coupled Cold Midwestern Winters. And so far, this has been working great for me.:yep:

And I always follow up with a Moisturizing DC Treatment.
