Protein Treatments

I'm going to wash and DC my hair beforehand next sew in, any suggestions of good protein treatments I should use? I want to keep my hair healthy. Thanks in advance!

I usually do the aphogee two step.... It's been helping out ill do it before and after a sew in

Aphogee two min for a light protein and aphogee two step for a heavy protein. Im trying the elasta qp deep conditioner which has soy protein
