Can someone please inform me on a good protein treatment to use?

Aphogee Treatment for damaged hair, but beware it stinks and make sure that you follow the directions. Also, use some sort of moisturizer after you do the treatment. Aphogee makes a Balancing Moisturizer that they say to use after the treatment.

i use aphogee once every few months and leKair cholesterol every week (not lately though - been pressed for time)
