Hi Ladies-
On my next wash day, I plan to do a protein treatment. I have both a tabletop dryer and a steamer. I absolutely love my steamer for just regular conditioning, but would you use a steamer for a protein treatment, or the regular dryer? Which one would be the most beneficial?

I wanted to ask the experts before I do anything...

Thanks in advance!

I would use the dry heat for a hard protein treatment.

I don't have a steamer but i use my table top dryer to do my protein treatments most of the time. I think protein treatments are more effective with heat.
