Protein treatment and dandruff

Can anyone recommend a good protein treatment for the next time I shampoo and condition? I just got a retouch yesterday...
Also, for those of you with noticeable growth, is it true your hair has a lot of dandruff during growth or is this just a myth?

The dandruff thing is a myth. If you have dandruff and or chronically itchy scalp problems, you have a scalp problem.
